The reception was not welcoming at all! by the name of ABCD on her tag. almost rude when asked. the room was terrible. i would not be coming back definitely ! such a disappointment. and tomorrow is public holiday. to be treated like an idiot

Overall, hotel was very clean and modern with every facility we needed. The Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly especially the concierge. We enjoyed ourselves very much here.

I booked this hotel as part of the Singapore Airlines Basic Stopover Package. It was a great deal. We stayed in a twin room, complete with amenities. It is located inside the city center so it is fairly close to many tourist spots (i.e. 15 min walk to Merlion). For a Roman Catholic, this is a nice place to stay if you wish to do a little pilgrimage because there are three churches very near the hotel. Stayed November 2016, travelled on business

The Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly especially the concierge The Location 2 minutes walk from the MRT rapid transport was absolutely great . We also had half price meals in the hotel restaurant
